春回大地,万物复苏,阳气渐升,此时养生需顺应自然节律,以“养肝护阳、疏解情志、防风祛湿”为核心,为一整年的健康筑牢根基。《黄帝内经》有云:“春三月,此谓发陈,天地俱生,万物以荣”,遵循时节规律调养身心,方能契合春生之气。
